Shipping:
- All of our orders are shipped by UPS.
- All standard size orders under 10 pounds will have a $8.95 shipping and handling fee applied for UPS Ground delivery, regardless of the number of items ordered.
- All orders over 10 pounds or orders of oversize items will have actual UPS cost plus $2.50 handling charges applied. We will notify you of those charges before your order is shipped.

Returns:
- All returns must be pre approved by Chilton's. All unauthorized returns will be refused or will not be processed.
- All returns must be made within 30 days. Please include a copy of the original invoice.
- All items returned must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- All special order or non stock items are non returnable. All sales on those items are final.
